Key Responsibilities- Assist in understanding client business needs and HR processes.
- Participate in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Support the configuration and testing of HR and Payroll modules.
- Help prepare training materials and support user training sessions.
- Assist consultants during solution demonstrations and client meetings.
- Provide support during system testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams for issue resolution.
- Hands‑on experience in HR and Payroll system implementation.
