Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Consulting Manager with the day-to-day running of the portfolio
- Employer support - administration employer queries, identify and accommodate training
- Service providers - ongoing engagement with service providers where required
- Manco - schedule meetings and co-ordinate with service providers, prepare Manco agenda packs and minutes
- Renewal - managing of the renewal process - gathering of data, member communication and updating of member booklets and presentations
- Member support - share communication, present at member inductions and members near retirement webinars, attend to all member queries
Qualifications
- Minimum experience - 3 years in a similar role (Manco experience is key)
- Employee benefits management / industry experience
- Strong understanding of Retirement fund related legislation
