Job Description

We are looking to hire an Associate Counsel to be based in our Philippines, Manila office. In this position, the candidate will be a part of our commercial contracts team to work on a wide variety of agreements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position should have 3 to 4 years of post‑qualification experience in the contracts practice at a reputable law firm, or in an in‑house role handling a variety of commercial contracts. The candidate must speak fluent English, enjoy working in a fast‑paced high‑intensity environment, show excellent legal and commercial judgment, be a good team player, and be highly efficient and hardworking.
