Pay Range: $120,000 - $170,000 per year

Role Overview

The Associate Counsel will provide comprehensive legal and business affairs support to Warner Music Canada, acting as the primary in‑house legal advisor for the region. The role supports senior leadership and cross‑functional teams on a broad range of matters including artist and commercial agreements, intellectual property, corporate governance, compliance, employment, and disputes.

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including recording agreements, distribution, merchandising, sync licensing and brand partnerships.
