Description We are looking for an Associate to join a litigation practice in Dallas, Texas, supporting a broad range of complex civil disputes. This opportunity is well suited for an attorney who can take ownership of casework, contribute thoughtfully at every stage of litigation, and thrive in a collaborative, results-driven legal environment. The role offers meaningful exposure to sophisticated matters involving product liability, toxic tort, general liability, commercial disputes, and public-sector litigation.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee an active litigation docket with increasing independence, ensuring matters move forward efficiently and in alignment with case strategy.
• Conduct fact and expert witness depositions and use testimony to strengthen case development and defense planning.
