Associate Director - Architect (DPR)

This role will encompass design leadership, business development, client management, team leadership and collaboration.   Local experience and network within Australia (and particularly Sydney) highly valued. The ideal candidate will bring both creativity and technical expertise, with a portfolio that demonstrates excellence from concept through to documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee apartment projects development through all phases, ensuring design integrity and documentation quality

• Engage confidently with clients, guiding them through the design journey and building lasting relationships

• Contribute to business development by leveraging an existing network and client base to support future opportunities
