Associate Director of M&A (Hybrid – Toronto)

5–7+ years of progressive experience at a top‑tier accounting, capital advisory, investment banking, or private equity firm. 3–5 years of mid‑market deal experience executing transactions. Experience working with small owner‑managed businesses as client or target. Buy‑side experience is a plus but not required. CPA, CA designation, CFA, or MBA are considered assets.
