Associate Director of Business Development

Job Description :

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including land acquisition, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong networks with developers, investors, government agencies, and real estate brokers.
• Set, monitor, and report on KPIs and revenue targets aligned with quarterly and annual business objectives.
• Collaborate with project development, marketing, and finance teams to align strategies with operational capabilities.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in business development within the property/real estate industry.
