Associate Director, Pharmacology

The Associate Director, Pharmacology will responsible for leading non‑clinical and early clinical pharmacology strategy across drug development programs. Provides expertise in PK/PD, modeling & simulation, and Model‑Informed Drug Development (MIDD) to support dose selection, study design, and regulatory submissions. Partners cross‑functionally with clinicians and statisticians, represents Pharmacology on global teams, and mentors junior scientists while ensuring scientific excellence and regulatory compliance.

What You Will Do

Lead PK/PD data analysis and modeling activities, applying mechanistic and population modeling approaches using tools such as Phoenix WinNonlin, NONMEM, and related platforms.

Apply quantitative and statistical methods to support non‑clinical and early‑phase clinical pharmacology programs.
