Monthly Salary: 2600

• 7.30a.m.-7.30p.m. (Mondays-Fridays, including the weekends and Public holidays)
• Up to $3,000

• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via Helpdesk and able to resolve issues that are escalated in a timely manner.
• Resolve Customers’ requests according to legal and company guidelines.
