As Associate, Enterprise Risk Policy (ERP), you will be part of the team that champions the enterprise-wide implementation of the RBC Enterprise Policy on Policy Document Management (RP5) and contribute to fostering a culture of policy awareness and adherence across RBC.

As Associate, Enterprise Risk Policy (ERP), you will be part of the team that champions the enterprise-wide implementation of the RBC Enterprise Policy on Policy Document Management (RP5) and contribute to fostering a culture of policy awareness and adherence across RBC. Specifically, you will be part of ERP’s Global Centre of Policy Governance and share in the team’s responsibility to implement the requirements of RP5 and provide 2LOD policy document oversight and challenge across the organization.
