Associate Experience & Inclusion Lead

Capital One seeks an Associate Engagement Lead in Mexico City to spearhead the strategy and execution of initiatives that strengthen culture, inclusion, and associate connection. This role will manage priorities, implement engagement strategies, and lead community investment initiatives while partnering with teams across Mexico and the US.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has at least 4 years of relevant experience in employee engagement and inclusion efforts.
