Associate Field Visual Merchandising Manager - HOKA

The Field VM (EAST) role is to work with VM manager to land all types of visual presentations to consumers, in stores, on sites, including but not limited to partner retail stores, DTC stores, event space, showroom, and tradeshow space. Ensure all the VM execution, on time, on brief. Support AM to delivery VM training for both front line store staff, by project, by seasonal. Regular Store visiting is a must, and good communication & reporting, offer professional and persistent improvement proposal, and instore training will be the day-to-day operation.

70% VM standard & guideline Implement in Stores: 
1. Take full responsibility of the filed VM execution in the Eastern region.
• Collaborate with team members to manage daily VM execution in designated regions
• Strictly supervise store window displays, floor fixtures, wall arrangements, mannequin styling, etc. according to global brand VM standards
