Associate, Finance - Payroll

The FSG Finance Associate supports the payroll department’s day-to-day functions, including end-to-end payroll processing, calculating fixed and variable payments, overtime, and off-cycle payments, and ensuring compliance with complex local labor laws (CLT) and tax regulations.

What You Will Do

• Payroll data collection and validation, such as overtime, night-shift, new hires, terminations, and vacations.
• Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including hiring documentation, salary changes, personal information, and bank details.
• Reconcile payroll data with HR records and finance systems before bank transfers.
• Monitor leave, sick pay, maternity/paternity leave, and vacation accruals, ensuring accurate deductions and salary adjustments.
