About the role Give is structured as a private limited company in India, with affiliate entities in the US (a C corp, and a 501c3 foundation). An 8 member finance team, based in Bangalore, manages all the finance operations for all business divisions and entities. This team is supported by tax and legal advisors, both in the US and in India, as needed. We’re looking for a hands-on FP&A Associate to own the P&L from end to end and be the engine behind our financial reporting, turning raw data into the insights that fuel our growth strategy. Responsibilities and outcomes - 1. Financial Planning & Strategic Modeling Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.
