Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our Human Capital teams develop and implement long-term people strategies that align the firm’s talent agenda with its business objectives. This includes analyzing workforce trends, driving strategic workforce planning, and shaping initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. Within Talent & Development, you will focus on identifying, developing, and retaining talent to enable the firm’s strategy. Using market insights and people data (including strategic workforce plans), you will design and execute initiatives that build critical capabilities, close skills gaps, and elevate employee skills, knowledge, and experience. You will work closely with business and HC leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth that supports attraction, engagement, and retention of key talent.
