JOB SUMMARY

Evaluate financial analysis, valuation, sector research, and company research on portfolio companies, and advise on active co‑ownership & engagement (ACE) activities and Value Creation Plan (VCP) development, to recommend improvements that contribute to total shareholder return (TSR) improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as sector specialist to advise on financial analysis, valuation, and performance assessment on assigned companies.
• Advise company performance and sector positioning, interpreting financial results, governance practices, market dynamics, regulatory developments, competitive positioning and capital allocation to inform engagement priorities and recommend follow‑up actions to the team lead.
