Opportunity Description
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and opinions
- Draft contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Assist in corporate and regulatory compliance matters
- Provide legal support to internal teams and clients
- Stay updated on legal developments and relevant laws
- Handle labor-related concerns such as employee discipline, policy reviews, and advisory on labor standards
- Must have passed the Philippine Bar Exam
- Open to fresh graduates who have passed the Bar
- With knowledge or background in labor relations and employment law
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly professional
- Willingness to learn and handle various legal tasks
