Key Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Oversee the reporting and operational discipline of Team Coordinators (TCs) and Team Leads (TLs).
Monitor and manage floor attendance, breaks, and productive hours across the Business Development department.

Identify bottom-quartile performers and implement structured corrective action plans in coordination with TCs and TLs.
Maintain and analyze floor performance reports across sales, QA, and CI metrics, and derive actionable improvement plans.
Support the implementation of new sales and operational strategies in coordination with SMEs, TCs, TLs, and the Sales Manager.
Facilitate cross-department coordination to ensure smooth execution of sales and fulfillment processes.
Actively participate in daily huddles and drive the implementation of action items and strategies discussed.
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, compliance guidelines, and operational policies across the floor.
