Associate Manager – Strategy (UAE National Only)

Design, implement, and maintain a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework that aligns performance measures with the organization's strategic objectives across financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth perspectives. This role is responsible for planning and executing strategic projects and initiatives related to institutional performance management, ensuring their timely and effective delivery.
