Associate Marketing Operations (MarOps)

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to support our MarOps team across CRM administration, data operations, outbound enablement, and marketing automation. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, this role collaborates closely with Sales, RevOps, and regional marketing teams across GCC, APAC, US, and Europe. AI fluency is central to this role – the ideal candidate actively leverages tools like Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate data processing, lead classification, and reporting workflows, and continuously looks for manual tasks that can be automated.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HubSpot CRM – manage contact properties, lifecycle stages, lists, and workflows.
• Support HubSpot–Salesforce sync hygiene: monitor errors, troubleshoot field mapping issues, and maintain data consistency across both platforms.
