An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to step into the role of an Associate Nurse Unit Manager at a private hospital in Melbourne. This is a permanent full-time position. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a senior member of the clinical team, you will review, plan, oversee, and deliver patient care within the unit under the guidance and support of the Nurse Unit Manager and Clinical Management Team. The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) role requires clinical aptitude, dynamic planning, and supportive leadership to enable the nursing team to deliver high-quality care to patients.
REQUIREMENTSCurrent Nursing Registration with AHPRA;
Previous experience in a surgical or day procedure unit;
Minimum three (3) years anaesthetic experience;
Flexibility to be available weekends, weekdays, and evenings;
