Associate Nurse Unit Manager – Orthopaedic Ward

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to lead a specialised Surgical Orthopaedic Ward at a private hospital in Melbourne. This is a permanent full-time position. ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is suited to an experienced nurse with management aspirations or experience to step into a key leadership role in the department. In the ANUM role you will also closely monitor and assist the Nurse Unit Manager with human and equipment resource management.
REQUIREMENTS

Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA;

Minimum five (5) years' experience working in an acute setting;

Acute Orthopaedic experience is advantageous but not essential;

Clinical leadership experience or post-graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded;

Demonstrated personal commitment to ongoing professional development.
