We are looking for a small number of Associate Partners – Strategic Introductions : people who already have warm, trusted relationships with the right decision makers and can open the right doors.
What this role is
Not a sales role. Not employment.
This is a relationship‑based partner role , not a sales job.
We are looking for people who can introduce SkillScend to decision makers in:

- Transformation
- Operations
- Learning & Development
The ideal Associate Partner already knows people who would actually take a conversation about performance, delivery, ways of working, capability, or structural improvement.
