Associate Process Engineer / Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

·Assist in the product line in manufacturing

·Prepare technical documents

·Assist in problem solving

·Support on tooling / fixture design & improvement

·Participate technical discussion with design & R&D engineering team

·Perform new machine commissioning with maintenance team

·Conduct presentation to the management regarding process improvement

·Support for digitalization activities (MES, PMS system projects) to improve the overall manufacturing process

Requirements:

·Degree or above in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines

·Previous experience in process improvement role in manufacturing industry

·Knowledge in lean manufacturing, 6-Sigma and Gemba Kaizen

·Independent, self-motivated, and well-organized team player with strong communication skills
