Associate Product Designer

TrueLoyal is looking for an Associate Product Designer to own design and management for one of our two flagship product surfaces: UGC & Community (where brands turn customers into a media engine through missions, rights workflows, and Hootsuite, Instagram, and TikTok integrations) or Loyalty Platform (where brands build tier programs, points economies, rewards catalogs, streaks, missions, and the full member journey). We will match you to the right seat based on your portfolio, your obsessions, and what you can talk about for an hour without checking the time.

Think of this as an apprenticeship in consumer product design at enterprise scale. You won't just be pushing pixels; you'll learn how to translate customer conversations into shipped product, how to design for an admin operator and an end consumer in the same week, and how to ship AI-native product alongside engineers who treat you as a peer.
