Associate Product Manager

About the Role

As an APM on the Marketplace team, you will own and improve core user journeys - search, discovery, cart, and checkout for healthcare professionals transacting on Medikabazaar Chemist Portal. You will work at the intersection of data, product design, and technology to ship improvements that directly impact engagement and revenue. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role with a steep learning curve.

What You Will Do

• Own key marketplace funnels including search, product discovery, cart and checkout - and drive measurable improvements in engagement and conversion.
• Define, track and analyze product metrics using tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar and Google Analytics; translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Identify friction points in the user journey through data analysis, user feedback and funnel diagnostics; prioritize and ship fixes iteratively.
