A highly regarded and expanding Dispute Resolution team is seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate (4+ years PQE) to join its successful Exeter office. The Role
You'll be responsible for managing and assisting with a broad range of commercial dispute matters, including:

• Contractual and shareholder disputes
• Financial and professional negligence claims
• Judicial review
• Business risk and regulatory matters
