About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a hybrid role combining operations, administration, and healthcare informatics systems support . You will work closely with Allied Health leaders to ensure smooth daily operations while driving system enhancements, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

• Support daily operations of assigned allied health departments, including front counter coordination and issue resolution
• Partner with Allied Health Leads to improve workflows, processes, and service delivery
• Manage budgeting, expenditure tracking, and procurement activities
• Monitor service utilisation and implement initiatives to optimise resource usage
• Oversee audit, risk, and compliance matters within the department
