ATG Consultant with support

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ATG Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Java/J2EE-based web applications, hybrid environments, and cloud-based application support. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production support, performance troubleshooting, and monitoring, along with hands-on experience in ATG Commerce platforms and modern microservices architectures.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide end-to-end production support for ATG-based e-commerce applications across Dev, QA, and Production environments

+ Perform advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA)

+ Analyze thread dumps, heap dumps, and performance issues (memory leaks, JDBC connections, session issues)

+ Support application migration and operations in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

+ Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
