Atlassian Administrator (Junior-Level)

 

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Atlassian Administrator (Junior-Level) for a remote opportunity for candidates in the EST. The Candidate will provide day-to-day support for Atlassian tools, assisting with user access, basic configurations, and general platform maintenance. This role will work with internal teams to help keep Jira and Confluence organized, user-friendly, and running efficiently.

 

Required Qualifications of the Atlassian Administrator (Junior-Level):

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.


• 1–3 years of experience working with Atlassian tools such as Jira and/or Confluence


• Experience supporting basic configurations, including workflows, permissions, or project setup


• Ability to manage user accounts, groups, and access requests
