ATR - Technical Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate technical support to airline customers through CRM systems, email and direct communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve in-service technical issues related to aircraft systems and structures.
• Act as a key technical interface between operators and ATR engineering teams, coordinating with specialists based in France.
• Contribute to continuous product improvement by providing technical feedback and participating in updates of technical documentation.
• Participate in Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support duties on a rotational basis and provide occasional on-site or remote technical assistance and training to ...
