ATS Solutions Architect – People Systems

Job Description

Reporting to the Solution Manager II, People Systems, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Grab’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will partner with Talent Acquisition and cross‑functional stakeholders to improve recruiting processes through system configuration, enhancement/project delivery, issue resolution, and optimisation. This role is based onsite at Grab’s Petaling Jaya office. You will also have the opportunity to deepen your expertise across People Systems, process automation, integrations, and AI‑enabled ways of working.

Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Serve as the functional/technical expert for Grab’s ATS, providing timely advice and recommendations to stakeholders.
