+ **Role Purpose**
+ This position is posted as a **Room Attendant** , but candidates should expect to **perform both room cleaning and houseperson duties** depending on staffing levels and business demands

+ Ensure floor closets, storage areas, and assigned public spaces are clean and organized
+ Respond promptly to guest requests and service needs to maintain satisfaction
+ Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns
+ Work as part of a team to ensure daily housekeeping goals and productivity targets are met
+ Communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service.
