Houston Litigation firm adding a 3-5 years in Construction Litigation

Successful team is defending Construction defect, professional disputes and insurers in high-stakes disputes. You will have autonomy to build your cases, collaborating directly with investigators, meet clients onsite, and shape defense strategies.

You will need the skills to own and manage a caseload of premises liability, negligent security, or commercial auto and wrongful death cases.

· Conduct depositions (fact, medical, expert), site visits, accident reconstructions, and witness interviews.

· Draft and argue dispositive motions, including summary judgments and expert challenges.

· Appear in state and federal courts to advocate for high-profile clients.
