Position Overview
We are looking for a upper-mid to senior level Attorney with at least 10 years of experience possessing transactional, corporate and/or litigation experience to join our Legal Department in one of our legal hub offices located in Omaha or Kansas City. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in various legal functions within the department, including: providing advice and assistance to the company and its various home office functional groups, managing major commercial litigation and disputes, review and negotiate large, complex construction contracts with owners, partners, and critical vendors/subcontractors, and, support business units and profit centers by acting as dedicated legal support as well as engaging with key members of senior management.
