AU Payroll Team Leader

AU PAYROLL TEAM LEADER (Cebu | On-site | Day Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 10 to 12 members, providing guidance, support, and performance monitoring
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing including data validation, timesheets, salary calculations, benefits, and dispute resolution
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all payroll outputs while meeting deadlines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for AU clients, building strong stakeholder relationships and addressing queries effectively
• Drive continuous process improvements and ensure best practices are maintained

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or any related course
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader
• Strong background in end-to-end payroll processing and bookkeeping
• Proficient in Xero payroll software (experience in Employment Hero is an advantage)
