Position: Audio-Visual Specialist
Location: Ras Al Khaimah UAE
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install and test new broadcasting and AV equipment
- Perform advanced crimping on various connectors including BNC Micro BNC RJ45 and XLR
- Configure and maintain AV broadcast and IT network systems including star network setups
- Set up and maintain equipment for virtual studio production
- Operate and monitor AV links between units and during outside broadcasts
- Set up and operate transmission links and AV circuits for live and recorded productions
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in systems and equipment to minimize downtime
- Design and manufacture custom hardware and AV systems
- Interpret instructions from product owners and directors to ensure technical alignment with creative goals
