Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage audit engagements for mid-market and privately owned clients • Coach and support offshore team members, ensuring quality and consistency • Ensure compliance with UK GAAP / FRS102 / IFRS and firm policies • Draft audit reports, opinions, and client communications • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates • Participate in planning and debrief sessions to drive continuous improvement • Provide feedback and support team development What We’re Looking For: • Qualified ACA / ICAI / CA / ACCA (or equivalent) • Experience in external audits, preferably in mid-market or POB sector • Strong technical knowledge and analyti...
