Audit Data Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION Under the direction of the Supervisor, Revenue Audit - Tribal Accounting, the Audit Data Specialist plays a foundational role in supporting the Revenue Audit department by accurately gathering, organizing, and compiling data derived from both gaming and non-gaming documentation, ensuring that essential data is prepared and structured for use in audit and reconciliation processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inputs and verifies data across multiple systems and spreadsheets to support daily audit and reconciliation activities ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Downloads, formats, and organizes reports for use by auditors throughout the Accounting Department.
2. Performs basic audits of patron accounts within the casino management system. Assists with slot progressive and lease audits, Coin-In and Meter Testing, and spot checks of sensitive operational areas. Completes required documentation for hospitality and gaming audits.
