We are looking for a team player and a can-do attitude, with experience in the customer service/ sales industry, to join our supportive team in Mackay.

What your day looks like?

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.

• Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.

• Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
