Opportunity Description
We are recruiting an Autism Support Assistant to work within a primary school supporting pupils on the autism spectrum.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 autism support
Support sensory regulation and routines
Use visual supports and structured approaches
Work closely with teaching and SEN staff
Promote independence and engagement
Skills & Experience
Experience supporting autism is desirable
Calm, consistent and patient approach
Understanding of sensory needs
Strong teamwork skills
