Full-Time Autism Support Assistant


Are you passionate about supporting autistic learners in a structured and nurturing environment? We are recruiting a full-time Autism Support Assistant within a specialist setting focused on communication, independence and wellbeing.

You will provide consistent support to help learners access education confidently.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver 1:1 and small group autism support
• Use visual timetables and structured routines
• Support sensory regulation strategies
• Promote independence and engagement

Skills & Qualities:
• Calm and consistent approach
• Understanding of autism and neurodiversity
• Strong teamwork skills
