Act as the first point of contact for all client inquiries related to auto insurance. Provide professional, accurate, efficient, and courteous advice to clients regarding auto insurance. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry regulations, policies, and best practices. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service. Required Qualifications

Level 1 insurance license or willingness to obtain within the specified period. 1–2 years of relevant experience in insurance or customer service.
