Akron, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an Automated Weld Technician to set-up, program and adjust robotic welding systems as well as perform miscellaneous brazing and general welding when needed.

Akron, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an Automated Weld Technician to set-up, program and adjust robotic welding systems as well as perform miscellaneous brazing and general welding when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level education
- Must be familiar with robotic welding operations
- Interpret blueprints / drawings for proper welding codes and specifications
- Set-up, program and adjust robotic welding systems
- Estimates weld machine time for customer quotes and schedule jobs to be performed on weld equipment
- Perform miscellaneous manual brazing and general welding when needed
