Automation Engineer

Location: Bangalore Experience: 5 yrs N.P: Immediate joiner or 15 days Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber (BDD) Automate web applications and REST APIs using tools such as RestAssured / Postman Develop reusable test scripts and improve test coverage across applications Perform API testing including validation of request/response, status codes, and schema Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar) Execute test suites, analyze failures, and perform root cause analysis Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments Participate in requirement analysis and convert user stories into test scenarios Ensure adherence to test automation best practices , coding standards, and reporting Maintain test data and manage test environments
