Automation Engineer

Job Description
As an Automation Engineer, you’ll be the tactical driver of autonomous manufacturing initiatives—bridging strategy and execution at the regional level. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of office-based planning and hands-on validation, with roughly 50% of your time spent engaging directly with processes and technology. You’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers and leadership to implement affiliate-level plans, validate processes, and support standardization efforts. Expect to work on technology pilots involving robotics and digitalization, ensuring solutions are tested, validated, and aligned with global standards. You’ll provide oversight on test and validation plans, enable data collection teams, and help affiliates shape capital investment plans based on standardization goals.
