This role plays a key part in maintaining equipment stability, process robustness, and continuous improvement across PLC-controlled systems, robotics, and industrial networks. The position supports plant operations on a rotating schedule between second and third shift, aligned with a 24-hour manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities Automation & Controls Continous improvement on linestoppage downtime reduction Diagnose and resolve issues related to servo drives, motion control, and automated equipment.
