Opportunity Description
- Execute improvement opportunities identified by the Transformation team by leveraging process automation to enhance the efficiency of various workstream functions.
- Analyze existing business requirements and conduct technical process assessments to document current workflows, identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and implement end-to-end automation.
- Develop and oversee implementation plans and timelines for automation initiatives, covering development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.
- Design and build automation solutions using tools and technologies such as Excel/VBA macros, MS SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Power Platform, workflows, chatbots, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Establish and implement automation playbooks, frameworks, and standardized processes.
