Automation Specialist

1. Process Automation Design & Development

• Design and implement automation workflows to optimize accounting processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll , and general ledger management .
• Use Python , RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) , and other automation frameworks to streamline repetitive financial tasks and ensure efficiency.
• Work with accounting systems (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Xero, QuickBooks ) to integrate automation solutions for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance teams to identify opportunities for automation and recommend solutions for reducing errors and increasing process speed.
